We also have a cadre of highly trained adult leaders with many years of experience with our Troops who mentor and support the Scouts at every stage of their journey. Dedicated adult and youth leaders guide our newest Scouts. Experienced Scouts lead other Scouts, and are supported on the Life-to-Eagle path.

Along the way, Scouts have a chance to develop leadership, provide service to their community, and excel in teamwork. They consistently have wide-ranging opportunities to challenge themselves and achieve more than they even knew was possible!
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Former Scouts serve on the boards of global corporations, walk the halls of the White House, and have walked on the moon. Life lessons learned in Scouting will help all of its members make good decisions throughout life.
