Survival Campout

The Wilderness Survival campouts immerse Scouts in a hands-on learning experience focused on essential outdoor skills and self-reliance. Scouts engage in activities such as building shelters from natural materials, starting fires without matches, and navigating through wilderness terrain. They learn how to prioritize needs, assess risks, and make informed decisions in survival situations while under the protective watch of the Scoutmasters.  For those scouts who really enjoy the challenge, the Wilderness Survival merit bage may be something to pursue.
